Was into exercise ever since i was 13 and dat was some donkeys years ago!
What do I do?
I am an aerobic instructor certified by Reebok and AFAA. I am also certified by AFAA as a prenatal and post natal Instructor. I have also been certified by Reebok for stability ball workout. I also have attended workshops for salsa cardio,Nia,kickboxing,functional training,body conditioning,advance step and latin cardio.
I do TV sand Radio shows on fitness and also write to various publictaions.
I also motivate people to take up exercise and make them understand that exercise is an on going thing...a life time thing ...no stopping ever!
